How old is your son? How good is he at climbing trees? Try not to get discouraged and continue looking for him. It may be time to print flyers and tag the neighborhood. Just in case. Most likely he's found a safe spot to hide and wait for you to find him. Make sure you keep checking the spots you've already checked, cause he may have moved into one. In addition to any new ones you can think of. Just beacuse you don't think he can fit in a place, doesn't mean he can't. Check those spots too. There could also be a shady spot that he's taken up residence in and is not getting the sun rays/ light to want to move. Grim hides his eyes behind his monkey and will try to continue to sleep if I let him in his cage. your in our thoughts...... Sorry again that you and your family are going through this hard time.

Have you found your baby yet?
I lost Tanker around Christmas a couple years ago...or, was it last year? Anyway, I know exactly what you're going through. The whole time the stinkbottom was right by my feet, under the computer table. I didn't know it had a false bottom on it. He was cold...and a little skinny, but was fine. Two weeks of yelling, and lights, and crickets, and water...I tried it all.
Be patient, maybe sit outside? Take a beverage of your choice? Talk...Tanker definitely responds when I'm yakking at him. The DH says he's looking at me wanting to know who's making that awful noise, and would I shut up?! Did the flashlight work?

Did you go back to the enclosure he got out of? Maybe he went back as its a familiar place. Take everything out of it and look under/inside everything. Especially the area around where he got out.

They do tend to hide in really weird places when in unfamiliar places. Ive heard of BD's being found inside slippers / under concrete stairs / behind garbage cans / closets / toolsheds

My husband found him hanging out of one of the shrubs (my husband just told me it is a 10foot Laurel bush) , this morning. He said he though he was a leaf at first but he noticed his bum hanging out. he was very cold when Paul brought him in to me. He snuggled right into my chest and he stayed there for about an hour before I could finally give him up to his cage. :? We are all so very happy to have him back home. I cried like a baby (again). Thank you all for your support! It was only because of your posts and my husbands complaining that I didn't give up completely. My husband never gave up either though, he looked every day just like the rest of us. I am the happiest Beardie mommy in the whole world!

Can I get a woot! Woot! Make sure you fix that cage before you put him back in there. Ya can't cut corners Can we get a pic of our lost one? My roomate and I talked about it and everyday I'd tell her "dragon is missing still" she'd be like "which one of our dragons is missing?" almost in a panic. . . . (she's a little whooped...=)...)

Congratz on finding him. I once had a 4ft Iguana escape his cage in my house and I coulnt find him for about a week. Then one day I heard some scratching behind the couch while getting my cartoon fix. Sure enough there he was. I know, I know, how do you lose a 4 ft iguana haha. Sneaky little buggers
