Help! MBD?!

My beardy is 14 months old, he just scared me half to death by getting off his log and walking with his front right arm being dragged a bit. I picked up the tongs I use to feed him and he walked semi normally towards them. He's also shedding on the same arm. I'm just worried and don't know if he needs a visit to the vet, and if he does if it could wait till morning as it's late, and I doubt my mom would want to take him. I also noticed a couple of days ago he moved one of his back legs up a couple of times, same with the same arm he was dragging today (didn't look like waving). Please reply soon! Another thing id like to point out is about an inch of his tail has turned grey (close to the legs)

Hello,

Please post a few pictures of your tank setup & of him, so we can see how he looks.
Also, we need you to review your current tank setup with us, such as the type & brand of UVB light, supplementation type & schedule, feeding schedule & types of food you feed him.
Did he just start dragging his arms?
It sounds like the base of his tail could be getting ready to shed if it is turning gray.

Sorry, not too good with computers and can't figure out how to post pictures, but his setup is a 24 18 12 exo terra, 60w daytime heat lamp, shelving paper for substrate, and a 2 inch by 2 inch water dish that I change once a week. And as for food, I feed him crickets every other day, and usually only feed him collards wen were out of crickets, and if were out of collards (we have been lately), I feed them lettuce

How old is the Reptiglo tube bulb, is it a 10%? How close is it to him & is it mounted directly beside
the basking light & is the basking light a bright white light?
The insect feedings sound good. How many crickets, on average does he have weekly?
Try not to feed much lettuce because it is too watery & doesn't have as much nutritional value.
How often do you use calcium supplementation?
Let us know how he is doing.
