The bearded dragon is about two months old and he will not drink or eat crickets at all it's been about a month and a half since he's been doing this and I've just had to force feed him but most of the time he'll just spit the food back out he has a 10.0 reptisun uvb bulb and a basking bulb the cage is around 98 degrees on warm side and 80 on the cool side he lives in a 40 gallon tank and this is really urgent help please I'm not sure what's wrong he won't eat sleeps all day he is also very very thin I try to syringe feed him but he like pushes it out and I try to put some on his nose to see if he'll lick it but he just won't budge and also I cover everything that I offer him with calcium

Hi. How are you taking the temps? Is the uvb a coil/compact or tube? What kind of basking lights are you using? What kind of subtrate are you using?

Is there any plastic over the uvb? I'd raise the basking spot to 105. Babies like it warmer. Is it a bright white light? Are you tring to feed him stage one baby food? He definitely needs some water to hopefully he'll start eating. You may need to take him to the vet and have him tested for parasites.

Thanks for that but he didn't make it overnight he died in my hands.. It was very sad but I tried the best I could but before I make the same mistake with my other baby Beattie can you give me any advice to take care of her but I'm sure she is not suffering of the same thing ofc because she's really healthy and she lives in a 40 gallon tank all by herself and she did not live with him

I'm sorry to hear about you baby beardie.

If the female seems healthy she is probably fine, it sounds like you have all the lights correct but as destiny said I would raise the basking temp to around 105-110 degrees. Your boy may have come to you already ill, and it sounds like you were doing everything you could.

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
