ANYONE?? help, please. I was thinking like a wonton soup container and poke holes in it and a heat pack. Thats all I though of, what do you put in the container though?
Put them in a container with a lid like the hornworm cups comes with. They need ventilation. Don't add food unless you want a mess. They can go a few days with no food. They will need a heat pack if it is below 50 degrees at night. I used to ship silkies when I sold them.

No, nothing. Silkworms do not need a substrate. It will kill them. If you don't put food in, they won't poop so much and get tangled in their silk. My silkies were the cleanest when they arrived to their destination. So easy to get out of the cup and into their tub with plastic mesh. They will need to be fed the day they arrive though.
