If you had all of the money in the world, what would the vet do to treat Podge?
he would give him the proper medication and a antibiotic cream and a blood test and we would go from there we also possibly would need to get test's done to detirmine if his liver has been damaged and/or if its strong enough to handle the strong antibiotics we also need that blood test wich is $107 dollars to see weather he has kidney damage or internal problames or any parisites making havoc in his internal organs and we need $40 for the antibiotic cream to go on his sores wich we dont have , so I dont know what to do

Well that must be quite scary!

I just looked at your help podge site and you may want to set up a paypal account in order for people who are willing to help send donations.

You should probably have your mom help you with this.

Hello,

I am sorry to hear about Podge.
When are you getting your results back for the skin culture or fecal?
For the skin, you can get some Thermazene which is silver cream. It is very good for treating skin problems/fungus. You can get that from amazon.com
An antifungal cream is a good idea as well, such as lamisil.
Please post some pictures of him for us.
Are you using a UVB light, & if so, what type or brand is it? A fluorescent tube bulb or a compact/coil light?

He really doesn't look too bad.

His refusal to water could simply be because they don't really drink orally all the time. Have you tried giving him a bath?

Also, what is on the floor of his cage? Is it sand?

Finally, show your Mom the things that DRACHE said to get. Those are creams that are used for treating fungus. They are typically available on the store shelves.

Overall, I don't think that your dragon is going to pass away. He looks pretty healthy. He just has a fungus problem.

Hello,

The cream is not very expensive, so do try to get the lamisil antifungal cream. Also, bathe him daily, in fresh water, and if you can find some betadine, get that also. Dilute it until it resembles weak tea & put that in the bath water to help clean his skin.
What do you mean that he has lumps on him? I did not see that in the picture.
What is he eating right now?

Can you get some baby food like chicken or turkey & some squash baby food to feed to him right now? You can also use a plastic dropper or plastic syringe to get some oral fluids into him as well.

Let us know how he is doing.

Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
is tape safe for fixing something in my leopard geckos hide?
Day 3 of brumation. It's a struggle. I really miss my little guy. 😔
Mirage entered brumation yesterday, I'm gonna miss hanging out with my little guy.
