I got home late today and noticed that Titan (2 year old) wasn't basking. I didn't think anything of it though, he's kind of weird. Anyway I go to feed him and the first bite I notice some blood come out of his mouth. (about a couple drops.) He finished his meal though and after a lot of coaxing I got him to open his mouth. (He's a stubborn little turd.) There seemed to be blood near the back of his mouth, and the roof was a slight yellowish color. His gums don't seem too bad but they do have a slight yellowish color to them. Since my vet won't be open until morning I have to wait it out.
I decided to set him up in my un-used tank. Its nice and clean with some towels for him to sit on. Since there's nothing I can do until I call the vet in the morning I decide to try to get some sleep. When I look back at the tank I notice another spot of blood, this one being a little bigger. I'm starting to get worried and am wondering if there's anything I can do while I wait to call the vet.
Besides the blood he doesn't seem too out of the ordinary. I have him out and he's trying to climb my shirt and run around but I'm still very worried. Any help would be very much appreciated!!
