HELP ASAP. Yellow Fungus? Bacterial Infection??

Okay So I'm kind of panicking right now after doing some research and not finding much positive.
Just for some background information.. On the pictures, the black on Squirt's mouth is where her jaw healing after being broken in a fight with another beardie, which was around a month and a half ago. 3 weeks ago I went to the vet because both of my beardies had pinworms, and its been giving them diarhea, so their still currently on that treatment. (Panacur + Metronidozole) & While we were at the vet he noticed she had a small yellow growth on her gum, but he chipped it off easily and said it looked like shed that hadn't come off completely last time. But now 3 weeks later its back, and a litter bigger and now appearing on the other side of her jaw that is still healing.. What is it, and how can i treat it?? or Do i need to go back in to the vet?

Hi there .....I see a wee little spot, it doesn't look like Y.F, it may be a small spot of infection but it's too hard to tell because it's so small. If it seems to bother her you can take her back in for a re-check but if the vet puts her on more antibiotics as well as the other meds. she's on it may be very harsh on her system. Has she been on the meds. for 3 weeks ? If so that's a long time.

What you can do is swab it with watered down betadine [ povidone iodine ] dilutes about 1 to 10 with water. Then after it dries get some raw honey [ from a health food store ]+ dab it on there. Raw honey is a natural antimicrobial. See if that makes a difference. Hopefully everything will heal up fine.

How much honey should i dab on her mouth? & Will the betadine be found at a local walmart or grocery store?

Your'e welcome ! The Betadine should be at Walmart or a pharmacy, and use just a tint dab of honey to cover it.
