Coil UVBs are suitable for some reptiles but not for bearded dragons, I'm afraid a long tube or a mvb would be a good choice.
Is the ceramic heat emitter for nighttime? Usually you don't need one if it doesn't go below 65°F at night. During the day you want your heat to come from the lights, as they are dessert(-isch) animals and also need high illuminance.

As stated in the last post please ditch the coil UVB --- I can post links for 3 good UVB's if you like --- please get 2 digital probe thermometers like Zoo Med and a digital probe hydrometer -- that can be placed on the back center wall of the tank -- Exo Terra makes them - we can also post links for 120 gallon tanks if you would like those as well -- but please get the UVB first and your digital probe thermometers -- that is crucial
