Hello from New Jersey!

Hi guys, I recently joined the forums after deciding a few weeks ago that my next reptile was going to be a beardie. I recently got back into reptiles after around 9 years, had a few leopard geckos when I was 10 years old you can imagine how well that went, and now I'm more experienced and knowledgeable enough to properly care for my animals. I currently have a female leopard gecko, Bonita, who just turned a year old a couple weeks ago, a male crested gecko, Desna, and a hopefully female pacman frog, Mufasa.

About a month ago I decided the next reptile show I wanted to go to would be the September Repticon in West Palm Beach, Florida. And a few weeks ago I finally decided on what reptile I was going to get, a nice adult male beardie. I've done so much research since then but I still had a few questions and there's always room for more knowledge so I decided to join this forum to learn more about these animals before I jumped into buying one.

Welcome to the forums! You'll find so much great information in the articles to the right and the forums. My husband and I looked at so many sites when trying to find one that was active, helpful, and had lots of information for us conscientious newbies.
