Hello from New Beardie Owner!

Hello! My name is Genna, I'm new to this site and being a beardie owner! Heck, I'm new to even owning a reptile! I live in Southern Arizona (which is like the Australia of the United States, so I felt it was pretty fitting getting a bearded dragon lol) I'm a week shy from turning 21, just graduated with my degree from University of Arizona and a proud nerd!

I really wanted to get a reptile of some sort since school w and I was sort of stuck on snakes for awhile. But then when I was pursuing alternatives (because I wanted my two cockatiels to not get eaten if they ever met) I found out about bearded dragons! Like, being a Beowulf/Tolkien nerd and ALSO a Elder Scrolls enthusiast, it was love at first sight!

My boyfriend got me this little guy and we completely decked out a 60-ish gallon terrarium with everything a baby dragon could want!

I'm a little torn on names though and my roommates are arguing about which names suits best. Input is appreciated!

I like:

-"Boga" the varactyl that Obi-Wan Kenobi was riding in Utapau right before his battle with General Grievious in Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith

-"Akatosh" the Dragon father, and chief deity of the Nine from the Elder Scrolls video game series

-"Charmander" One of Ash's starters which is a fire-type lizard pokemon!

All awesome names in their own ways, but it's hard to decide until something really clicks. Watch for some of those special quirky personality traits, that might help. With 60 gallons, that is gonna be one happy baby. Good luck to all three of you!
