Hello, from me and my beardie Thor ( PICS )

Hello my name is Justin and my beardie's name is Thor, He is already a foot long(Including tail) and Just thought I would say hello to everyone and show you Thor

This was when I first got him, he was so wittle XD



Then one day when I woke up and turned his light on I found him in his water bowl( when he was little I kept a heating pad under his tank when he slept)



This is a more recent photo and no the bandaid is not because of him lol, he bit me once when he was little because he thought my fingers were food cause they were moving but he figured out that they were a little too hard to bite, and ever since then he knows the difference



These are the last ones I took( paper towels where inside because his carpet was being washed)
He loves eating his salad, and even drinks out of his waterbowl, He gets a bath everytime his tank gets cleaned which is about every week (Every time I see poop I put on some gloves and pick it up and take a disinfectant wipe and clean that area) that's why I clean it out only once a week

He eats more greens than live food, but he still gets his daily dose of live crickets and couple nightcrawlers here an there

He is a good looking beardie! I really liked how well the blue bars showed up on him in the younger pics!

your right its mustard greens, I usually mix a variety of greens but the rest went bad I hate that lol

I have found some zip top bags made by Hefty that are made specifically for keeping veggies and fruits... They are AMAZING!!! I can buy a big bunch of collard or any other type of greens and as long as I un-do the tie that the grocery store puts on them and stick them in these Hefty zipper bags and squeeze as much air as I can get out of them, my greens will keep for about 2 weeks if my dragon and/or my rabbit don't eat hem all first!

I was the exact same way with thor, just couldn't wait to get him lol and his blue bars show best right after he sheds, and what does it mean when his nails are partially clear?? Its some kind of het right

Partially clear nails are normal on beardies.

ok cool, Someone put wrong info on the internet lol (What a surprise :lol: ) He is still a beautiful dragon, I will be getting another beardie soon, but first I will be building some enclosures I think 4 or 5 should be good, and they will be stack-able because It will be much easier to clean and move them around if I want to. I will see if I can get a female beardie, I will not be breeding them until they are at least 2-3 years old. That way I know they will be ready and so will I lol
