Hello there! Those are some awesome photos of your little pooper! We just love photos here! I have a question. Was that sand in the viv? If so I would recommend taking it out due to high risk of impaction. Anyway glad you joined!

hey thanks for the comments, hes a great little guy..very chill, thanks for the tip, i havnt had any issues with the sand for the last year, i tried it off and on, i tried the green fake grass stuff and found that hard to keep clean with the poops and i also tired this fake lamanent material that seemed to soak everything up and didnt work out either, so far the sand seems to work the best, he seems to enjoy digging around in it and usualy lays around in the sand rather then his perchs...im not sure what else is easy to keep clean..any suggestions?!!

slate tile is good for them its rough to give them traction but not to rough were it would hurt him i would recomend tile thats what i use in all my cages

He certainly is growing and adorable!!! Welcome! I too used sand, till I found this forum. Now I use slate tiles and they are so much cleaner, healthier, and super easy to clean up nasty poo.

hmm..slate..thats a good idea i never though of that i suppose it would warm nicely to against the lamps, is it very heavy?
