First off i'm sorry i've been away so long- life has gotten hectic- you guys know how it goes. so i finally had a second today and thought i would drop in an say hello!!
Update:
Phoenix: well for starters when i stopped visiting this site so much phoenix and i were spending an expontial time at the vet office we have found out he does have kidney issues- i cant remember the exact name used however its causing his body to not propery digest calcium... even with extra time outside, special bulbs, you name it i have done it he hasnt gotten any worse but no better either. so i must be doing something right... every oppertunity i have to take him outside he goes outside with only his leash on- his feet fold under him at the wrists now and have done so for about a year and a half now, doc said it was mbd but not due to any fault on my part. i sort of feel like its my fault though... i am his mommy... he is my pookie bear, i would never want him hurt or sick even though my doc says there would of been nothing i could of done to stop it i still feel crappy my doc is the best- he allowed us at my clinic to run all the tests here (so it was practiclly free of charge for me) and he would have the results sent to his clinic and he woudl call and tell me where to go from there. at this point he says there is no way i can overdose him on calcium- lucky for me Cheryl sent me calcium that is SUPER fine and it actually disolves compeltly in just a tad bit of water!!! its so cool!
after all the work i did on their vivs i actually took his hammock away and his rock are away also for the time being- he was having a spell the other day and i took pretty much all his stuff out except for his ferret bed. i was so scared he woudl fall off and hurt himself. his spell seems to have passed though... he spent all day sat and most of sun in the warm sunshine!! even ran around the house sunday afterwards so that made me happy if he is still okay i MIGHT put his rock back in- he was throwing a fit like a 2 year old yesterday because it was gone lol!
Juuji: Juuji is in wonderful health- oh boy does she have an attitude but she is great.... she hates me, yet adores my husband. she is confused and is brumating and has been for a few months now. i think shes about to wake up though as yesterday she got up, ate some supers and went back to sleep so it wotn be long now before i have both my liskards
