I have an 18x18 tank that I will be using for a new reptile I am getting. I need to get it to about 90 degrees and want to use a CHE. What watt would I use to heat it so that I can still make sure part of the tank stays semi cool?

I'd probably go with a 100 or 150w and either adjust the height so you get the temps you want or hook it to a thermostat. Since they don't give off visible light you can use an on/off or pulse thermostat and it should do the trick.

Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
is tape safe for fixing something in my leopard geckos hide?
Day 3 of brumation. It's a struggle. I really miss my little guy. 😔
Mirage entered brumation yesterday, I'm gonna miss hanging out with my little guy.
