Heat

Ok I'm new, my set up is a 3 foot standard wood viv with the glass sliding doors, I have a 10% Arcadia strip light that runs 3/4 along the tank starting on the hot side, I have a 60w heat basking bulb which is producing a 100f basking area I then have a 7w heat mat on the inside of the roof on the cool side to bring it up to 80f on the floor on this side. That said I leave the heat Mat on over night which keeps the temps from dropping below 70f( I got up several times a night to check for the first week :? )
Now my question is at night when she's asleep the warm and cold sides will switch over until her basking and strip light get turned on in the morning, will this confuse her, bother her, or won't she care cos she sleeps all night in the same place?

Hello,

If she is sleeping on the cooler end, unless she gets too hot it shouldn't bother her at all.
It is more the brightness she recognizes during the day along with the heating so it wont affect her any. As long as she has a cooler end to sleep in she will be fine. :D

Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
