Heat/Lighting help!

Im setting up my enclosure and making sure I get temps right before I get my beardie, however I am really having trouble getting my temp to 110 on the basking side! Its hovering right below 90 right now. My bulb right now is a 60 watt incandescent heat bulb from petsmart. Its not zoomed brand, its just their brand. Do i need to up the wattage or switch brands? My heat lamp only accepts up to 75 watts, so if i need a 100 watt I will also need to get a new lamp.
The enclosure is 18 inches tall, and im temping my basking spot 8-10 inches from the top.

Yeah you probably need a higher wattage bulb and a fixture that can handle it. Check a farm supply store or similar for a brooder lamp like this https://www.theisens.com/products/brooder-lamp-18/2-sjeo-x-6/40820211/ They are heavy duty and have plenty of capacity. You can get a halogen flood light (PAR38 or BR40 tend to work best).
