Heat lamp over 2 nights!!!

I accidentally left my 6mo bearded dragons lights on for two nights in a row. I did not realize that the timer stopped working. He has gone two days and two nights without his heat lamp going off. I am very worried about him, and I am sure he is stressed. Should I turn it off for today, it will still be light in the room, or should I just leave it on today and let it go off tonight. I really don't want him to get sick.

Thank you!

Leave it on today and then at night turn it off. Make sure he has somewhere nice and dark to retreat to if he needs to get away from the heat/uvb. After a few good nights of sleep he should be okay.

However im just guessing here, someone more knowledgeable may be able to help further in case it could cause any damage.

I agree, leave it on + resume with your normal schedule. Offer water in case she's a bit dehydrated from being in the heat.

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
is tape safe for fixing something in my leopard geckos hide?
Day 3 of brumation. It's a struggle. I really miss my little guy. 😔
Mirage entered brumation yesterday, I'm gonna miss hanging out with my little guy.
