Healthy Weight?

Hi everyone! This is kind of a follow up on my previous post titled "Eating less". So a brief recap, my beardie has been eating less than he used, has smaller poops, and hasnt shed in almost 2 months. I've kept track of his weight for the past week, and it looks like he's been gaining weight slowly. April 8th, he was 381 grams, and today April 13th, he is 387 grams. I leave a bowl of Dubias, mealworms, and waxworms dusted with Calcium+D3 and he eats whenever he pleases. Typically he'd eat 10-15 dubias and 20-25 mealworms a day. That was back in February. Now, he's been eating close to about 10 bugs total a day. If I give him Superworms for the day, the most he'll eat is about 3 or 4. I ask the question, should I be concerned with this sudden change in appetite? It seems like he isnt losing weight drastically, which makes me feel somewhat better. He is also extremely active during the day, as I let him run around the room as much as he wants. However, is this an example of stunted growth due to the fact that he hasn't shed in quite a while? Is he stockpiling for a growth spurt? I also leave a bowl of Kale, bell peppers, and carrots. Which of course he shows no interest. He is about 8 months old at this point. Please let me know what you guys think and what I should do.

Setup:
50 gallon with repticarpet
Lights on from 9am to 9pm
Reptisun T5 5.0 mounted 8 inches away from basking spot (bulb is less than a month old)
105-110°F basking spot
Humidity 30%-40%

Other info.
Last shed was about mid February
He was 9 inches when I first got him, and now he is just shy of 16 inches (has a bit of tail missing)
I have had him for about 5 months
He was about 2 or 3 months when I got him
No signs of MBD or gout or any other signs of sickness

Here's some pictures I took a few minutes before posting this.

Please give me any suggestions on what to do or whether or not I should be worried. Thank you all!

He looks healthy in the photos and his weight is stable. Since he is active I don't think there is any cause for concern. He is still eating quite a bit really. And their appetites fluctuate over time which is normal. He may have hit a plateau in growth and doesn't need as much to eat for the time being. Just keep food available and let him take what he wants. Keep tracking his weight and as long as he is active and his weight is trending stable I wouldn't worry.

Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
is tape safe for fixing something in my leopard geckos hide?
Day 3 of brumation. It's a struggle. I really miss my little guy. 😔
Mirage entered brumation yesterday, I'm gonna miss hanging out with my little guy.
