Sorry to hear you're still having problems with your little guy. It sounds like your temps are right, your lighting setup is good, and you're feeding him consistently. Maybe he's just messing with you
Seriously though, I would have him checked out by a reptile vet to rule out neurological issues (like atadenovirus, although the symptoms don't match exactly) since everything else seems copacetic.
Also, are you feeding him greens as well as crickets? If you are, what kind? If you aren't, he will need around 20% of his diet to consist of greens (collard greens, mustard greens, squash, etc - another website has an awesome list of what to feed them daily, occasionally, as a treat, or never) and 80% crickets/protein in his younger years. That number eventually flips around as he gets older tho. Sorry if you mentioned it, I just scanned the post and didn't see if you are or not.
