Head Butting??

This has probably been asked before and if it has I'm sorry. When I have Draco out and he's had his time running around and wants to snuggle, he comes up to me and butts his nose a couple of times very lightly into my cheek. He looks up at me before he does it with these adorable eyes of his. Correct me if I'm wrong but does it mean he loves me?? :mrgreen: He has done it a couple of times now and he also tries to nose butt me near my mouth. It's not very hard or aggressive, it's almost like love taps. He also leaves his nose on my cheek and doesn't move for a minute or so. I love it!! :mrgreen: I know I sound like I'm off my rocker but I was just curious as to why he does it!! :lol:

Dexter does this with me too! I like to think it's his way of saying "love you Mum", of course, scientifically they CANNOT love... but I still like to think it as such

I'm still out on the idea if they can love or not (scientifically). If they can't, then why do they hang with us, sit on our shoulders, and snuggle? They are suppose to be loners but they snuggle anyways. Just a thought. Loners don't snuggle or seek out friendship. As I said, I just wonder, that's all. :mrgreen:

Maybe they just know that we're too big to eat, and we provide the food they can eat.

My Poncho also does this. Sometimes he will head butt my neck before doing the settling in wiggle. He also will do it to my hand if he is wanting to be cradled or rubbed.
