Swell Reptiles carries Arcadia lighting in the UK. They're a pretty good source for a lot of equipment and ship all over.

Bear in mind for the HO tubes you need to be able to place them a certain distance from the basking spot so check that in advance. I'm sure if you are unclear you can message them on facebook for an answer.

Also sometimes products don't need to be reptile specific such as temp guns and basking spotlights. So it might be cheaper to look at B&Q or similar.

She's ok, I've managed to get her to eat some veggies and have calcium dusted them, I think I'll be buying lamps today as my tortoises lamp has broken

I got her lamps! I got double of the uva bulb and ubv bulbs(so I don't have to get more when they need replacing), also I'm getting the holder for the tube and until that comes I have a uva/uba bulb here are some pictures(not all of the lamps)

I'm so angry! The old lamp holder the owners had put in was cut and had wires loose(almost got electrocuted) and was sparking from where they'd put it, I'm annoyed at myself for not checking it all! luckily I had put Bertie into a warm bath while we changed it so she wouldn't get cold. I just let my dad to do it and was sat with Bertie and she fell asleep on me which carmed me down. I'm glad the lamps been replaced though it's so much brighter and she's happier
I would add a picture but she likes to lick my phone so it's hard to take one ?

The basking light will be fine. Good grief, that is aggravating having the wires cut like that & not noticing before. I am glad no one was electrocuted.
Post pictures of everything when you can, so we can see it all. It sounds like she really likes it?
