Hardly eating but putting on weight

Hi

A few weeks ago I had a thread on here about Nelson hiding all the time and being lethargic and not eating...

...well I'm pleased to say he is up and about and alert now, especially in the mornings. The only thing now is that he still has a very low appetite. He has about 5-6 crickets/locusts on a morning and a bite of salad. When i come home from work the salad bowl is usually almost empty and he poops every day. However, he tends not to be interested in any bugs on an evening at all.

What is the optimum weight for a 6 month old? Nelson is currently 236g.

Ive reduced the basking spot to a 75W and lowered the CHE as the basking area was going to 115° upwards.

Uvb is 12% d3+ arcadia and runs the length of his tank inside about 50cm from the floor of the tank.

Everythinf about him seems healthy except the lack of eating.

I don't know that there is a set or optimum weight. As long as he is active and well proportioned then he is probably fine. His weight should be trending stable or increasing over time. It's best just to compare his weight/progress to his own past weight readings.
