Hey, I have a young dragon, about 5-6 inches long including tail....

When i take him out, he or she will be fine on my chest or arm for about 2 minutes then will try and jump to get away. will it over time say a few weeks , lose the leaping away trick? I noticed it loves to cling to me when i try to place it down like it doesnt want to be put down. its cute actually

is there a way to train it to stay longer while at this age or pretty much up to the little guy?

At this age, they're gonna jump, no matter what. The best way I've found to get them to calm it down is to wrap them in a blankie their size, or a clean, dry wash cloth, and hold them close to your body.

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
is tape safe for fixing something in my leopard geckos hide?
Day 3 of brumation. It's a struggle. I really miss my little guy. 😔
