I hold my new beardie Paco a lot. I leave him alone most of the day but when I get home I hang out with him a lot. This is about his 3rd day at my house and I am wondering if I am being a little excessive. (I like holding him when it is late because he wiggles against my hand to sleep. :) )

Its absolutely fine to hold you beardie often and to show affection, as you will form a stronger bond with him + beardies love being handled. But if he shows any signs of stress e.g stress marks etc. let him be an put him back into his vivarium and admire him at a distance.

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
