handling - how to and how often?

Now then all,

Carrying on in the same vein as other posts, I'm asking for advice on handling my dragon. He's 5 months old, around 7-8 inches long, and I get him out plenty, to sit in my hand, crawl around on my arms/legs/chest/shoulders, and I've been gently stroking him on his head, his back, his tail and occasionally under his chin. He seems to like it, doesn't seem afraid or agitated, but you never can tell (unless you can). Any suggestions/comments?

sounds like you are doing well with him, and that he is comfortable with you! I hold mine many times thru out the day. I have three so I have to take turns with all of them!

Thanks, I hope so. He's currently in his vivarium, and to be honest he hasn't really been going anywhere else in it and despite the fact that he's fine when he's out with me, he seems to want to stay down in the one corner behind his log. Been like that for a couple of days now, should I be worried?

Maybe he feels comfortable in that spot?

I make sure I give her something everytime she comes out so she starts to want to come out because she relates it with wax worms or lettuce or some kind of food. Just getting her comfortable out of the cage is key.

He's really comfortable when he's out, or at least that's how it seems. He just doesn't seem to be eating.
