Just wondering how many keepers out there gutload their crickets and other feeder insects, if so what with?
In the uk we have a wide range of gutload and other supplements, which im sure are available everywhere in one form or another, just interested to see how many do actually use them?

I use Flucker's orange gutload cubes. They provide water and gutload, which is nice.

In the past I've also used left over greens, squash, zucchini, potato, sweet potato, and so on.

I was told by the guy I get crickets from that I can use dry oats. Someone please correct me if this is wrong.

Rolled oats can be used for most feeder insects but they still need a water source.

Bran also works great.

Oats and bran and most veg will feed the insects but not load them with many if any useful nutrients, Gutload products are usually a mix of supplements, proteins etc, nutritional foodstuffs that will benefit when eaten by the reptile. Theres a difference between gutloading and feeding.

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
