growth rate?

Is there a guideline to use to show how fast he will grow over time?
Right now hes a baby and about 6" long.
Im plannning to build a custom enclosure (hes in a 10 gallon now) so the next tank will be his new home for the rest of his life. (instead of upgrading in stages to larger enclosures)
I know the 10 gallon is a bit small right now but i didnt know that when i bought him a couple of weeks back.

No there really is no certain guideline for how much your beardie should grow in a certain time frame. They all grow at different rates, even those born in the same clutch grow at different rates. Like for instance Toruk was born in October last year so he's 7 months old now almost 8 months. And his siblings are all roughly 14-16 inches long but he's 18. It all depends on the beardie and what their food supply and UVB are. Also I think it helps to have your beardie in a larger viv because like most reptiles, I'm pretty sure they grow to match their environment.
