Hey!
I'm Ted and I started being interested in Beardies for a year now. My good friend Bryana has decided to share this passion I have for these reptiles and we're excited to get some new buddies at the upcoming expo in San Jose!! Hope to see more people from the forum there!

So where are you at in Cali ? I'm by the Truckee area if you know where that is

Also, do you keep any reptiles as of now? Or are you waiting for the expo to get your first?

Ted's at Six Flags right now so I guess I'll reply for him, haha.

He lives in Santa Clara. We got off to a really rough start with our Beardies after given a ton of false information from an enthusiast we thought we could trust. Right now we have two, we had three but an unfortunate turn of events made us lose her. Tedrick really wants a leather back female and we've been eyeing some from a breeder that is going to be there. I would also love to pick up a Corn Snake or Crested Gecko at the expo, hehe.

Oh, I see. :/ I know how it feels to think you are doing everything correct and figuring out that you got it all wrong :/ Same thing happened with my smaller beardie. I have two! I also think you should get a crestie x] I am a gecko nut, though(so I might be a bit biased).

Oh yesssss,
Six Flags was amazing, best roller coasters in California for sure. Truckee is so far away! I've passed it several times whenever I go to Redding or Reno. Bryana pretty much answered all your questions haha
