Hello! I have a 3-4 month old beardie named toothless and I’ve noticed he only likes to eat his greens if they are dried out. Just for clarification I do give him fresh greens every single day, and I like to dust them with bee pollen. I keep his kale on the warm side of the cage, so by the end of the day they shrivel up, and he doesn’t touch them really unless they are all dried out, maybe he likes the crunch :/, anyone else’s beardie like this, and is it alright to let him do that?

Mine does that sometimes, I think all the nutrients are still there just not much hydration? You can find some other ways to hydrate him then. I’ve noticed mine likes endive over any other greens, maybe they do like the crunch? He’ll eat all of his endive fresh without any fuss.

Yes - but now you need to keep him hydrated by dropping water on his nose or put him in a bath to drink about once a week or every 10 days-

He has a big water bowl in his cage that he likes to lay in and I give him 1-2 baths a week with electrolyte soak, and I notice he at least takes one drink from his bowl a day.

Too many baths will dry the scales out---- if hes drinking from that bowl I would not give him anymore baths -

Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
