Any suggestions on how to get my beardy's greens to stay fresh throughout the day?

I placed the greens in at 6am on Sunday. By 9am they looked like shrinky dinks, all curled up and dried out. They were cut fresh and placed in his food dish. I sprayed them with water so they would have some "dew" on them.

The temperatures are:
basking: 109F
cool end: 82F
humidity: 51%

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

Not a lot you really can do.

Mist them down with water, keep them over on the cooler side,

keep them out from under any of the lights, that's pretty much it.

was afraid of that :?

I don't know if I placed some kind of cover, if that would cause him to avoid the dish

Mist the food dish before you put the greens in it.Or even put a few drops of water on the bottom of the dish and then the misted greens on top. Keep an eye on the humidity though .

My beardie actually likes his greens crunchy. I don't know why, but he'll avoid them while they're fresh and he'll wait to eat them until around lunch time when they're crispy. The only exception is when I put butternut squash in the morning, he goes nuts for butternut squash.

I added some water to the dish as you suggested, I'll keep you posted. THanks!

I have some squash that I need to try as well, we'll see how he does with that :)

Thanks everyone for the suggestions

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
