hi everyone my name is amber and i am now the proud owner of my little baby boy dexter :) he is only 3 weeks olds. ive had him for only a week and hes starting to come around alot more. At first he wasnt eating which scares the crap out of me but i knew that it take time for them to get used to the new relocation thing and he was just taken away from his 14 siblings so its understandable. I had 2 beardie juvies a long time ago and had to get rid of them to move to hawaii with my husband who was in the service (hes no longer in service and we are long gone from there now) We arent supposed to have animals at our new place but ha whatever when i saw these pretty little babies on craigslist for $25 i couldnt resist! So anyways any advice on babies would be great as ive never had a baby one before! the most crickets i have seen him eat in one day is 8 and that was just the other day.....i am also offering him collard greens which he will nibble out of my hand a little bit. i give him a bath everyday to keep him hydrated and he is shedding so that helps with that too. he has a uva bulb and a uvb bulb as well. cold side of tank ranges around 75-80 and his basking spot ranges from 95-109 depending on where exactly the light is sitting lol. i have been dusting his crickets with reptical or whatever it has the calcium and d3 in it. his substrate is shelf liner :) and hes been pooping fairly good id say haha. here he is going to pick up his date for dinner.......hahaha

 Congratulations! Sounds like a good start. Do you have your UV bulbs running? I think the calcium with D3 is great, that's what i use. Just don't overdo it and you'll be doing awesome. Have a great time with your new friend, we all look forward to more pictures.

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
is tape safe for fixing something in my leopard geckos hide?
Day 3 of brumation. It's a struggle. I really miss my little guy. 😔
