My girl (sandy) I think is ok now that I have taken her heat light and replaced it with a ceramic infrared heat emitter she has not hidden at all today she has been laying under her uv light all all day what's the distants ment to be between the dragon and the uv at the moment she is about 10 inchs I hope I don't have to move it beacuse it will be a pain but if I have to I will but she seems to love it there she looks so snug. But she has only eaten greens today but she is probaly just makeing me worry again. Once one thing is done you worryed about they make you worry again lol :)

It seems she might have been hiding because the temps were to high. Bearded dragons prefer bright light so get rid of the ceramic and dont use red or blue bulbs!

If she has UVB without a bright white basking light it can actually hurt her eyes. Ceramic heat emitters are great for at night, but not during the day. What wattage bulb did you have before? Maybe try the next lower bulb.

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
is tape safe for fixing something in my leopard geckos hide?
