Oh wow, that is terrific he came back to you! That honestly doesn't happen very often.
I agree, a vet visit wouldn't hurt if he doesn't start to perk up some by friday. Hydration
is important right now, so go easy on trying to get any high protein items into him, in case
his kidneys might need time to work fully.

Just an update....
He is doing great - eating, drinking, moving around and almost back to normal.
I can't believe he came back and made it, he was seriously weak, dehydrated and malnourished.

Best news ever! So very glad to hear a happy ending. Too bad your guy can't talk and tell you all of the adventures he went through before finding his way back home.
