My 5-6 month old beardie has been going to sleep about an hour before her lights go out ever since time changed last weekend. Her lights are on a timer and come on about 6:30am and go off at 6:30pm, but the last few days she has gone under her rock cave by 5pm and doesn't come back out until the next morning. Is this normal? Should I adjust her lights on/off times? She is eating and pooping fine and very active otherwise.

Mine do too. I have sand in the bottom of my enclosures and my lights go on at 7am and off at 9pm. Around 8pm they each seem to become groggy and start to dig in their little beds for the night. They each have a favorite corner of their own viv's and both of them always dig into the sand and sleep. Not sure if it's the time change or if it's just the time of year but they are also eating and pooping just fine and perfectly active when I take them out to free roam around their room so I'm not concerned at all. Perhaps it's just the start of brumation.

Beardies have their own internal clocks that are fine tuned machines. Your poopers are fine

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
