Going In To Brumation

So I think Paco might be going in to brumation. He's been hiding more and pooping less. I'm really nervous. I've read up on it so I think I know what to do. I have one question; How often should I wake him up and give him water? How should I give him the water? Sometimes he drinks when he is in the bath tub but should I bath him when he brumates?

And do you guys see anything this site missed? I trust this place more than About.com... lol
