Glass Surfing and Pacing?

My little Aela has recently been running up the glass and pacing her tank for at most 10 minutes almost every day.I ave read several different articles and now im just confused.

Some say she needs a bigger tank (im not sure the size she is in because she was given to me already in a tank)
Some say that she just needs attention and others say its normal and no need to worry about it.

Just want some answers to make sure my baby is happy.

It could mean that something is wrong with the lighting/temps and she wants out. More often than not she just wants to explore. They are quite curious and can be very energetic at times. Do you have a safe area in the house you can let her roam and explore a bit (closely supervised)? If so, I'd give her time out of the tank every day and see if that helps.

How long and wide is the tank? What are your temps? How big is the dragon?
