so i've posted before about glass dancing and drayce dances to the point where he's actually rubbed the skin off his wrists... and that problem was solved ( i thought)
the vet says shes not sure what else i can do we got him a bigger tank( from a 4 foot to a 5 foot long tank his temps are finaly no longer all over the place... hes got a background covering all sides accept the front of his cage..
he gets out time almost everyday ( i work 3 jobs so there are days when he doesnt get as much out time as he needs.
most of the time when i take him out though all he wants to do is sleep on my shoulder or crawl to the top the couch and sit and chill.
but i noticed that he's rubbed the healed skin off his wrists again so i'm currently wrapping with vet wrap and putting polly sporin on them ( as directed by the vet who said that when ever he does it i can do that ) but i dont want to have to have his arms wrapped allll day every day for the rest of his life... and its not even so much that he's climbing up the wall as much anymore its more like just walking along it back and forth back and forth over and over again and ocassionaly on his "green side" he will try and climb up the wall since i lowered his ramp though he hasnt done that.
im gettting a cork background in the next few weeks so i'm hoping that will help in the one spot that he constantly runs up and down...
does anyone have any other tips they can pass my way on how to deal with keeping him from doing it ?? like i'm cool with wrapping his arms but he doesnt like it ( who would!) and i feel bad but it must be done...
again anytips welcome
