Giving my beardie a buddy?

I had a beardie that I adopted from a buddy a few years back, Tex lived to be about 10-12 years and then passed unexpectedly. I just recently mustered the guts to get another one. Tex Jr. Is just a little guy and from what I can tell is in fact a male (candled the tail using a flashlight). I have never owned more than one but am aware that housing 2 males could potentially be hazardous. My question is if I housed a juvenile male and female would I be at risk of premature mating? Also, if I were to monitor them closely, could I house 2 docile males together?

Hi. You never want to house 2 beardies together. Look up cohabitation of beardies on Google and there are all kinds of images of cage mates bitting off limbs and tails. I have 3 and they can't even be in the same room or they freak out when they see each other. All of them have their own enclosure in a different room.

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
is tape safe for fixing something in my leopard geckos hide?
