Getting worried

about my lil girl princess. She wont eat. I am giving her some baby food, she takes a lil but not much to speak of. I dont know what i should do. She is super tiny. she wont touch crickets nothing. i am super scared she will die as she is so small and she isnt eatting.

How old is your dragon?
How long have you had your dragon?

What is the sex of your dragon?
What size enclosure do you have your dragon in?
What type substrate do you have on the bottom of your tank?
Do you use UVB lights?
If so, Is it a coil, compact, fluorescent tube, or Mercury Vapor bulb?
What is the brand name and number of your bulb? Wattage (if MVB)?
How old is your UVB bulb?
How close can your dragon get to the UVB?

What are the basking temps?

Do you gutload (feed) your crickets, worms, etc?

I know there have been problems in the past with the Zilla bulb. I have heard that those problems have been fixed, I'm trying to find out for sure. What I am almost sure of is that the independent testing on that bulb has not been completed.
When you measure the temps, how far away is the temp gun from the basking spot? I ask because I use a 75 watt bulb in my 40 gallon tank and get 103*F readings. I know that most people find it nearly impossible to get a proper temperature gradient in a 10 gallon. How quickly do you think you will be able to finish the new tank?
I will try to find out about the Zilla bulb and relay the info to you.
What type of feeders have you tried offering?

we are hoping to have some extra money next week so we can start buliding them... i have tired crickets, mealworms (i know they arent recommoned but i am at the point of trying anything to get her to eat), salad which she has with her all day

My picky eaters ALWAYS eat hornworms, but I wouldn't buy them unless you have bigger dragons that can eat them because they get big FAST. Mine also love silkworms and butterworms. Phoenix worms are great for babies because they are very squirmy and nutritious. Here are some links:

Well thr only thing I see that really concerns me is the UVB you are using.In the previous versons of the bulb there were quite a few health issues associated with them.They did supposedly alter the bulb to imptove its quality however I have not seen any actual proof of this.As a matter of fact I have seen a few complaints similar to yours recently and once the bulb was changed their beardies did improve.I cannot say for sure but if its anything like the old version then after 2-3 months the bulbs useful life is pretty much over which would entirely explain the lack of eating.

If I were you, I would switch to a reptisun 10.0 TUBE. I asked a member from Canada to drop by and give you links for feeders when she gets a chance as I only know the guys from our side of the border! Maybe she can give you a link to some place to get the reptisun as well. Did you ever say how close to the basking spot your temp gun was when you were measuring temps?

i dont mind switching to the reptisun 10...i just dont have the money right now to spend 40 plus....as i am buliding the new cage for them instead...anywhere sell them cheap?

All I know is petmountain.com and they don't ship to Canada. I understand about the money. He would be okay for a couple of weeks without UVB, but any more than that would be problematic.
