getting some sun

Man it is nice to let gormagon get some sun. When it is nice out up in the office I bring im up with me. I open the window that my desk is against lay a towel down and let him just soak up the rays He just moves from one side of the window to the other basking. He has been there since about 10am this morning..lol.. been feeding him some roaches while he is up there, spraying him down every now and then with water. Man does he love it! Funny little guy. It is now 3:30 and he is still basking. When he wants a break he jumps down to the desk runs over to me and jumps on me, hangs out for a bit and then runs jumps on his towel to get back up to the window..lol :lol:

Zues and Suezy like to kick back in the window during the day, I prop them up on a towel also where my couch is. They run up to the top and look back at me like

"hey lady....window time!" and then they will fight with the cat over who gets the best spot.

Does anyone know if they actually get any "UVB rays" through the window or just strictly heat? Just curious ... :?:

My guess is they only get heat through the window. I always put my window up and let them get the sun through the screen. It cracks me up when a bug comes and lands on the screen. His eyes get so big thinking...GAME TIME.. then it takes off right as he moves..lol..I feel bad and give him a roach then, since I have them sitting in a cup next to me..I'm a sucker.

Yeah his back and tail have been looking like they are going to shed for over a week now. I keep soaking and misting him.
