Getting Dragon to show colors

I noticed my beardies i've had for awhile(not these ones) sometimes were lighter and sometimes were darker, I just bought a pair of females and a male and the male is showing incredible colors but both females are showing really light color, what makes them get darker/lighter? here are some pics of what they should look like

Beardies colours will change due to things like mood and temperature. They will turn dark when trying to absorb heat and it's generally believed that the light/bright colours are concidered 'happy colours'.

no those were the pics posted by "Cinderella Boi " i havnt been able to get them to show any colors the one female has a hint of purple but thats it

The reason I asked is because they look like they could be retouched or at least the photographer used lighting and flash to enhance the colors. I wouldn't worry too much, yellow dragons seem to take a bit longer to get their nice colors.
What kind of UVB are you using? That can also play a part in how much color shows.

I was thinking the same thing before I bought them.. the leatherback is shoing great color but the females don't show much

edit: just noticed i didnt say i am using the 10.0 desert uvb light bulb i have it set up right at their basking light so they sit at it a lot.. the male shows amazing colors but the females dont show much except the one that has purple - she has really nice purple bars on her back

thats what i was thinking before i bought them but i really wanted the male.. theres only one female that has no color in her kinda bummed about that but o well.. what can i do - you guys think i should complain?

have you talked to this person about the dragons? Have you asked him why his pictures look different than the actual dragons?

if you have, what do they say?

yes i did..
"they are probobly still adapting on their new home, just give them time to recover from that 2 day transport. also i dont have any tactics on how to make them show their color i just take pics of them when i catch them showing their intense colorations. try giving them a bath it might show up but not right now wait for like 2 days"

Ok... yes dragons will be stressed out after being shipped, however their colors will not drastically change the way he claims they will. The pictures you took show a dragon that basically has no color at all. I do not want to sound like I am bashing this guy, because obviously I know nothing about him nor have I ever heard of him, I am just going by the pictures and what he claims.

Sorry, but judging from the pictures, I do believe his photos are photoshopped.
