Getting another beardie while pregnant?

Found out I was pregnant a couple of weeks ago I've been thinking about getting another beardie, but want to ask all of you if I should wait since of the risk of salmonella? I would get a baby from a breeder.

Also, I've had Pip for a year - so there shouldn't be anything to worry about with him at least, right? He's had multiple check ups and fecals and whatnot

As long as you are washing your hands after you play with your beardie you should be fine.

I agree. I don't see why it would cause problems! Just wash your hands, but I'm sure you already know that

All reptiles carry salmonella to some degree or another. The risk is minimal. You have more chance of getting salmonella from raw chicken.
