Hey all,

I know it might be a little too early to tell, but I thought I would ask!
I've had (her) for about 3 months now, so I'd guess she's about 4 months old? (9 inches) I'm pretty sure she's female (don't see two lumps, but see one fairly prominent lump) but I thougt I'd ask here just for a second opinion, if possible! I'm trying to hold off on a name until I'm certain, and I feel bad calling her beardie/Tiny/sweetie LOL

Thanks :3

I would agree that thus far I would be tempted to sway towards female, however 6 months is really when you can start to tell you'd be surprised at how much two months can change the appearance of the underside. I would check again in 2-3 months for the best idea

Agreed - a bit too early to tell for sure. Likely female, small femoral pores - but still has plenty of time to develop. I got sent a three month old "female" who turned out to be very much male by the time he was six months.
(I had to laugh, the breeder said I could return and exchange. Uh, I don't think so - the little blighter already has his claws in my soul.)

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
