Sctch that. I'll summarise, and make it easier for everyone.

I'd recommend the temps be 88-92.
Mention cockroaches and super worms as feeders.
Breeding weight to be at least 55g not 45g (I want my females to be 65g+ but again that's just personal opinion).
I would suggest listing out substrates (pro: tile, paper towels, shelf liner, newspaper. con: sand, walnut shells, small rocks, calci sand, etc)
Ten Gal tank minimum size for a single gecko.
I didn't read through ALL of it but that's what I caught just breezing over it. Looks good IMO.

Shouldn't leopard geckos have a heat gradient?

Should the humid hide be placed on the warm or cool side?

What kind of dusting scheduel should be provided?

Yes they need a heat gradient. Hot side should be 89-92*F with the cool side in the lower 80's.

IDEALLY there should be two moist hides and two dry hides, one of each on the hot and cool side but if not then I put the moist hide on the warm side. If you house more then one gecko together (adults only, female/female is ideal, male/female only if you want eggs and male/male never unless you have a GREAT DEAL of experience and are able to see the signs of stress in the gecko and have the room to separate if needed. If you're going to go through all that trouble though IMO just house males separately to start with. ) then each gecko needs its own moist and dry hide.
