Gaping

What other reason besides cooling down would a beardie gape? I just put him in his tank after a bath and then he jumped down from his log and started gaping. It's possible he got a glimpse of one of my females, but is that a mating behavior? And now he is scratching at the glass like crazy.

He has been so inactive lately because of his first burmation. And he still won't eat. He has had ONE superworm in the last 4 days... It worries me.

He may have just caught a glimpse of a female.. you never know. Nesta hasn't been eating much either, brumation really makes ya nervous! its scary to me...

maybe the rock was just to warm for him at first? just a suggestion
