Fungus Or Bruise?!

Hey guys!
So unfortunately I found a little darkened spot above my babies eye today I can't tell if it's a fungal infection or if it's just a bruise (she has been fairly active in her tank lately).
Her diet consists of super-worms and kale daily plus some pellet food. Her tank conditions are clean - every once in a while I'll come home late so it might get a bit messy throughout the day but overall I'm good with up-keeping it. Since it's summer, her tank temperatures have been pretty high. Her basking spot sits around 103 and her cool side around 93. I know that's too hot so I've been trying to cool it down via a fan that I've placed in front of her tank (through the mesh topping).
She's not moody at all. Still a big baby :lol:


Here's a picture of the spot. To me, it looks like her nose might be a little indented too which is worrying. Already made a vet appointment but would like a second opinion.

Hi there, it looks more like a slight bruise. She actually may have hurt herself trying hard to get away from the heat.....93 is waaaaay too high for the cool side. Just go to Walmart and get a smaller watt bulb , it can be a halogen or other type that produces heat. But it's very important that you get the cool side down to 75-80.


Can you post pics of the tank BTW ? She's not housed with another dragon is she ?

Sure, I'll have to do it a few hours from now though. She isn't housed with any other dragons.
