Frustrated and confused

Lately Rufus has been doing a very intense glass dance. He stands in one corner and bangs his head against the glass while scratching at it. Today I rearranged my living room and the back of my couch is up against a big picture window. I put a blanket up for Rufus and let him climb up to sit on the windowsill. This apparently isn't good enough. He's climbing up the screen, scratching, running and back and forth - now he's acting like he wants out of the HOUSE. Unfortunately it's storming so I can't take him out to run around.

I'm getting frustrated that he won't sit still. Any advice?

How old is Rufus? Boys can go a bit nutty when spring starts. My boy was always a calm and cool dude. This year, bobbing, blackbearding and generally driving me crazy trying to get out of the viv.

He's about 3. He's not blackbearding but he sure does want out of the house.

Oscar turns 3 the end of this month. I would have asked about the viv, temps and all if that is the only place he was trying to get out of. Seems to me he is just looking for a girlfriend.

Maybe someone on here has other ideas.

I took him out thinking the same thing, but now that he's scaling my screens and digging at them to get out, I think he's frisky. He's driving me nuts! I've been trying to distract him for an hour and he's not having it. His temps are good though. Is there anything that I can do to calm him down?

I wish I knew something that would calm him down.

Oscar seems more content when I let him out to run around. He is still dark, and bearding and bobbing the other tanks (frogs and turtles, LOL) but then goes and looks out the window. He hasn't tried climbing screens or digging to get out of the house yet.
