Frozen squash?

My bearide loves butternut sqaush, but it only lasts a couple days after being cut up and it's getting kind of expensive to buy it so often (and then throw most of it away, as I hate butternut squash. )

I know they beardies shouldn't be fed frozen greens (because they will lack some vitamin I can't remember the name of) but would it be okay to give him frozen thawed squash?

He will still have fresh collards, red bell pepper, and carrots as usual.

I don't cut the whole squash up, just enough for the day, wrap the rest of it in cling wrap and put it in the fridge. It keeps a week or two that way.

I keep the squash whole and cut only what I need each day. I cover the end with foil and put the rest in the fridge and it lasts a week or more just like Taterbug mentioned.

I get enough for us a few days for the dragon. SO we may have squash with dinner one night and I keep the extra in the fridge for her. Same with greens. I toss extra into our salads, I also buy small amounts of other things such as green beans or snap peas (10 or 20), summer squash and zucchini are smaller and keep well in the fridge for a week. I shred carrots for our salads and toss some on hers. So she gets a variety and the extra of whatever we eat that week. When I eat an apple, I cut off a bit for her with the peel on, etc.
