so im not sure if other places are having this problem but my petco is on a live cricket shortage. my beardy is now having to go a couple of days without protien so i was wondering are freeze dried crickets okay to feed regularly? or if anyone can think of another feeder that would be great. i already give him phoniex worms but it takes like a week for them to get to me and i cant afford them right now also i refuse to feed mealies because of the low nutrition.

What size is your beardie? If he is 16" or longer you can do supers. They are a common staple for beardies of that size. If not then freeze dried crickets are an okay last resort.

Hello :) Freeze dried crickets are missing a lot of the nutrients that live ones have. I wouldnt feed them. You can get cheaper crickets online. If you go to the for sale section on here you can find good deals.

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
