Phoenix works are also great, Hornworms too.

Be careful none of those Dubia you have get loose, I updated my original post with an article about a man arrested and charged with 2 felonies for importing Dubias to Florida

Trust me they didn't, even if they did, i have borax everywhere in my house.. but its one of the only things he will eat, besides his supers and veggies.. i would like him to eat crickets for when i can't get roaches, but he will eat one, then have nothing to do with them.

Dubia roaches vs. Discoid roaches?
Dubia vs. Horn worms??
Anyone??
Discoids are similar to dubias they just get a bit bigger. The care is the same. Horns are good for hydrating a beardie but in my opinion is not a very good staple.

Hornworms are definitely not a staple but my beardie LOVES them. Great treat!

Any advice on keeping them just as feeders? I just ordered some for the first time and I have no idea if my guy will like them or how fast he will burn through them. Are there any tricks for slowing their growth rate so they stay small for as long as possible?

Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
is tape safe for fixing something in my leopard geckos hide?
Day 3 of brumation. It's a struggle. I really miss my little guy. 😔
